Investment Opportunities -

So far this year, the principals of Silver Rock have completed a half
dozen transactions at the $1million + level and many others for lesser
amounts.  Since more business is coming their way than they can
handle, they are reaching out to other investors to expand the money
pool and provide larger amounts on (potentially) multiple
transactions.  Silver Rock's current capacity for funding is $2 million.

At times, there will be opportunities for investor(s) to participate in an
equity share of properties purchased. Investors often indicate their
preferred areas of interest though this is not required for investment
opportunities.

Investors who are interested in participating and who are able to
commit at least $500,000 each, will be able to take advantage of
opportunities as they arise. These funds never leave their possession
except for the 24 hours it will take a closing agent to disburse funds
after a closing has taken place.

Once we reach an agreement as to the amount to be made available
for assisting commercial buyers, the process will be as follows:

• Silver Rock will call to advise investors that X amount is needed for a
specific transaction, with full details disclosed.

• The investor who chooses to fund it, agrees to deliver the funds to
closing in the form of a cashier’s check or wire transfer, with the clear,
signed commitment from a bonded closing agent that the funds will be
returned immediately after closing plus the fee.

• Within 24 hours after the closing, the funds will be disbursed as
arranged and agreed in writing beforehand.

For example, if an investor provides $500,000 to complete a
transaction, $550,000 ($500,000 plus a fee of 10%) will be
promptly returned immediately after closing.

There will be times when the fee charged will be higher and other
times the fee may be reduced to facilitate the transaction.
